Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for healthcare, hospital, and pharma domain roles (junior to senior level).
  • Independently handle domain-specific hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social networking sites, references, internal databases, and headhunting.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest level.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate salary/compensation and ensure smooth offer roll-out and joining process.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
  • Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients through quality delivery and proactive communication.
  • Provide regular updates and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

Reporting & Process Management

  • Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and recruitment dashboards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and meet defined recruitment targets.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and internal processes.
