End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for healthcare, hospital, and pharma domain roles (junior to senior level).
- Independently handle domain-specific hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, social networking sites, references, internal databases, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest level.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate salary/compensation and ensure smooth offer roll-out and joining process.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients through quality delivery and proactive communication.
- Provide regular updates and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
Reporting & Process Management
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and recruitment dashboards.
- Monitor performance metrics and meet defined recruitment targets.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and internal processes.
