Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Recruiter. The Freelance Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their talent needs, building sustainable talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. The individual will also stay up to date with industry trends and refine recruitment strategies for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, and Candidate Selection processes
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment database management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and candidate engagement
• Ability to adapt to client-specific needs and customize recruitment approaches
• Understanding of market trends within recruitment, executive search, or related areas
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment in international markets such as USA, UK, or EMEA is an advantage
