About the Role:

We're looking for experienced freelance recruiters with:

Strong non-IT recruitment experience (hiring for sectors like Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).

Active Naukri.com recruiter login (must-have for candidate sourcing).

Ability to manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation).

You'll Be Responsible For:

Identifying and engaging top talent for non-IT roles (mid to senior levels).

Using Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates.

Ensuring a smooth hiring process with quick turnaround times.

Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Ideal Candidate Has:

3+ years of non-IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate).

Own Naukri recruiter account (consultant/corporate login).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-driven with a performance-based mindset.
