Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure candidates report for interviews and complete the joining process
Achieve joining targets as per available requirements

Commission Structure

Recruiters will be paid commission based on the number of successful joinings provided.
