Our Client a leading multimodal specialty Pharma CDMO firm and are looking to engage with a Recruitment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing recruitment processes, SLAs, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and modernization opportunities.
- Leverage in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical talent needs to align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of the DarwinBox recruitment module to audit system usage, pinpoint limitations, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving implementation of changes within a short timeframe.
- Deliver a roadmap for recruitment transformation, ensuring scalability and long-term value.
Skills Required
- Experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing recruitment processes and modernizing outdated systems.
- Hands-on experience with DarwinBox recruitment module, with the ability to conduct system assessments and propose enhancements.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive impact quickly and credibly.
- Background with top-tier pharma companies or reputable consulting firms, bringing strong industry credibility and insight.
