Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR technology projects to streamline HR operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work with internal IT teams and external partners to deploy, configure, and support HR systems and upgrades.
  • Manage vendor relationships including negotiations, support SLAs, and contract renewals.
  • Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, and compliance while resolving any technical issues.
  • Design and maintain HR dashboards and generate regular reports to track key HR metrics.
  • Leverage SuccessFactors for reporting and insights, with hands-on involvement in modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central.
  • Train HR and business users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Analyze organizational data (e.g., attrition, headcount, costs) to identify trends and generate business insights.
  • Present findings and trends to business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Skills Required

  • Deep understanding of HR technology platforms, especially SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Effective communicator with strong presentation abilities
