This is a freelance, remote role for a Career Counsellor. The Career Counsellor will provide personalized guidance and advice to students and professionals regarding career choices, development, and management. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one career counseling sessions, assessing individual skills and career goals, developing career plans, and offering resources and strategies for career advancement. The role also involves clear and effective communication to build trust and support client success.

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and guiding individuals at various career stages
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information effectively
• Empathy, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Familiarity with current industry trends and professional development resources
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Career Counseling, or a related field is preferred
