Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in New Delhi. In this role, the Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners, developing business plans for franchise growth, and implementing franchising processes. Key responsibilities include lead generation, franchise sales presentations, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic planning
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and client acquisition
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or retail industry is a plus
