Franchise Sales Manager

Pexa, formerly known as Carclenx, started in January 2020, providing convenient doorstep car wash services. By 2021, the brand grew to include 100 franchisees across Kerala, and by 2022, it was rebranded as Pexa, expanding to offer Car Shoppe services and its own product line. As of 2024, with over 180 franchisees nationwide, Pexa has introduced Bike units to make its services even more accessible. Known for delivering high-quality and affordable car care experiences, Pexa prides itself on innovation and offering the ultimate convenience to customers, transforming the car care industry.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Manager located in Attingal. The Franchise Manager will oversee franchisee operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Responsibilities include assisting franchisees with operational and marketing strategies, providing training, monitoring performance, and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners. The individual will also play a key role in franchise onboarding, process improvement, and driving growth within the region.

• Experience in franchise management, business operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
• Marketing and branding knowledge, with the ability to support local campaigns
• Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving growth goals
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with the automotive or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
