Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, for a Franchise Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing franchise sales operations, developing and implementing business plans, generating and following up with leads, and building strong relationships with prospective franchise partners. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for business growth, ensuring the expansion of the company's franchise network, and providing effective communication and support to franchisees.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising strategies
• Strong skills in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and building a robust pipeline of prospects
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with the laundry and dry cleaning industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field preferred

Salary Range: 3LPA - 4LPA (Sales Incentives Additional)

The candidate needs to be highly self motivated and dedicated towards meeting the targets.
