Nutristar is a fast-growing health & fitness ecommerce brand with a strong online presence and plans to expand offline through a franchise-led model. We work with 100+ international supplement brands along with our own private labels, and are now building a nationwide franchise network.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales) with hands-on experience in selling franchises. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, franchise partner acquisition, and deal closures for Nutristar franchise stores.

This role is target-driven and suited for someone who understands franchise economics, pitch decks, and investor psychology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Nutristar franchise opportunities to prospective partners
  • Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads
  • Conduct franchise presentations, calls, and meetings
  • Explain franchise model, investment structure, ROI & operational support
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise agreements
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new franchise partners
  • Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
Mandatory Requirements
  • 12 years of proven experience in franchise sales / franchise business development
  • Prior experience selling retail, QSR, gym, wellness, or food franchises preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Clear understanding of franchise models, margins, and territory concepts
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with incentives-based earnings
Compensation
  • Fixed Salary: 25,000 per month
  • Incentives: Paid on every successful franchise deal closure
