Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales) with hands-on experience in selling franchises. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, franchise partner acquisition, and deal closures for Nutristar franchise stores.
This role is target-driven and suited for someone who understands franchise economics, pitch decks, and investor psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Nutristar franchise opportunities to prospective partners
- Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads
- Conduct franchise presentations, calls, and meetings
- Explain franchise model, investment structure, ROI & operational support
- Negotiate commercial terms and close franchise agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new franchise partners
- Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
Mandatory Requirements
- 12 years of proven experience in franchise sales / franchise business development
- Prior experience selling retail, QSR, gym, wellness, or food franchises preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Clear understanding of franchise models, margins, and territory concepts
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with incentives-based earnings
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: 25,000 per month
- Incentives: Paid on every successful franchise deal closure
