Franchise Development Manager

Fat Tiger, founded by Sahaj Chopra and Sahil Arya, brings a unique blend of authentic Chinese cuisine and Indian flavors. Originating from their travels in China, the founders infused traditional dishes like Baozi and Jiaozi with Indian touches to create popular Momos assortments. With over 65 outlets across India, Fat Tiger is expanding rapidly and aims to share its beloved culinary delights nationwide.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Franchise Development Manager. The responsibilities include driving franchise sales, creating business plans, and managing franchising operations. The role entails generating leads, training franchisees, and ensuring the successful implementation of franchise policies and procedures.

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Strong Business Planning skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation
• Experience in Training franchisees and staff
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Understanding of the food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
