Job Title: Manager Franchise Development Manager

Role Overview:
As the Manager of Franchise Expansion, you will be the driving force behind our national footprint. You will identify high-value partners across sectorsranging from Agriculture to Defenseto establish a network of DGCA-compliant drone centers. Your goal is to scale our business model by onboarding entrepreneurs and institutions who share our vision for the future of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Franchise Expansion
- Market Identification:Evaluate and target potential partners, including educational institutions, entrepreneurs, defense integrators, and agri-business groups.
- Geographic Strategy:Develop and execute a city-wise expansion roadmap across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
- Sales Pipeline:Lead franchise presentations, investment discussions, and business model walkthroughs to achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding targets.
2. Partner Onboarding & Operational Setup
- Compliance:Coordinate the signing of franchise agreements and ensure all legal/compliance documentation is met.
- Infrastructure Support:Guide partners on setting upDrone Manufacturing, AI, and GIS labsas per DGCA and company standards.
- Brand SOPs:Oversee the implementation of branding, marketing materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at new locations.
3. Commercial & Financial Management
- Financial Modeling:Present ROI models, break-even analyses, and revenue projections to prospective franchisees.
- Negotiation:Manage commercial terms and negotiations within company guidelines.
- Revenue Oversight:Monitor the collection of franchise fees and ensure ongoing revenue-share compliance.
4. Performance Monitoring & Retention
- KPI Tracking:Monitor center performance through metrics like student enrollment, drone sales, and service revenue.
- Strategic Reviews:Lead monthly review meetings and design corrective strategies for underperforming centers.
- Relationship Management:Foster long-term, productive relationships with the franchisee network.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- MBA/PGDMin Business Development, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
- Engineering Background(Aerospace, Electronics, or Robotics) is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experiencein Franchise Development or Channel Sales.
- Prior experience inEdTech, Aviation, Defense, or Skillingis a significant advantage.
Industry Knowledge & Skills
- Drone Ecosystem:Strong understanding of the Indian drone landscape, specifically applications in agriculture (spraying, nano-urea) and infrastructure.
- Soft Skills:Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills. You must be an independent closer.
- Mobility:High energy and willingness totravel extensively (6070%)across India for partner meetings and trade shows.
