This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Business Consultant located in Jaipur. The Franchise Business Consultant will support and guide franchisees in business planning, operations, and management. Core responsibilities include consulting on franchising strategies, ensuring operational excellence, optimizing P&L performance, and providing guidance on achieving business growth. The role involves fostering strong relationships with franchise partners and working closely with them to meet company goals and standards.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Franchising practices
• Hands-on experience in Operations Management and P&L Management
• Proficiency in Management Consulting and driving business success
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with franchise partners to meet shared objectives
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the preschool or education industry is a plus
