Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Jaipur. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products, engage with existing and potential clients, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include overseeing sales campaigns, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business targets. Additionally, the role involves preparing sales reports, supervising the sales team, and ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
• Experience in Market Analysis, Trend Identification, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Marketing Campaigns and Brand Promotion
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the fashion/garment industry and international markets is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools is desirable
