This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India as a Fragrance Candle Artist. The responsibilities include designing and crafting high-quality fragrance candles, blending fragrances creatively, and ensuring products meet premium standards. The artist will research and develop new scent profiles, maintain quality control, and collaborate with the design team to develop aesthetically pleasing products. Additional duties involve sourcing premium materials and experimenting with innovative design and presentation techniques.

• Proficiency in fragrance blending and candle-making techniques
• Strong creative and design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and innovative concepts
• Experience in quality control, material sourcing, and ensuring product standard adherence
• Ability to conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Attention to detail, excellent team collaboration skills, and a passion for creativity
• Knowledge of artisan craftsmanship and sustainable practices is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or a background in interior design, fine arts, or fragrance creation is advantageous
