Job Title- Marketing Executive
Mode- On-site (5-Day working)

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) for Lyxel&Flamingo.
- Develop and implement engaging content such as case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and other relevant materials, along with strategies to boost audience engagement and strengthen brand presence.
- Stay updated with platform trends and best practices to maximize reach.
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop content calendars and oversee the production of high-quality B2B social content aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Brand Image & Growth:
- Implement strategies that enhance the agency's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Drive initiatives aimed at expanding brand awareness and market presence.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with creative, copy, animation, and other teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives through cross-functional teamwork.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and reports highlighting successes, challenges, and optimization areas.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring:
- Stay informed about marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to keep Lyxel&Flamingo competitive.
Event Management & Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events to engage stakeholders, employees, and clients.
- Promote events via social media and other channels to maximize attendance and participation.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the communication bridge between the brand and internal/external stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of work experience in a B2B brand with proven expertise in social media management, content creation, and marketing strategies.
- Strong skills in coordination with different teams for all marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Proactive attitude, able to take ownership and drive results independently, is a must.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; agency experience is a plus.
Technical Skills Required
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media handles, algorithms, features, and best practices to optimize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Ability to produce relevant, engaging content—including text, images, and videos—tailored for various platforms.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives aligned with the brand voice that resonate with the target audience.
