Role: Fractional Growth Lead / Growth Consultant (D2C + Marketplaces)
Brand: Filli & Me (Kids Lifestyle Brand)
Location: Remote (India) | Preference: Gurgaon
About Us:
Filli & Me is a premium kids lifestyle brand focused on thoughtfully designed products for young children. The brand is dedicated to making the journey from home to school a comforting and joyful experience for children aged 2 to 8. Its signature product the Hugbag features child-friendly designs, surprise pockets, and lightweight harnesses to reduce strain and promote confidence in school going children. We have recently raised a pre-seed round of funding and are now entering an accelerated phase of growth.
What We Need:
We are looking for a hands-on fractional growth lead who can drive end-to-end revenue across D2C and/or marketplaces. This is not a pure performance marketing role — we are looking for someone who understands the full funnel and can deliver strong month-on-month growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own growth across marketplaces — Amazon, FirstCry, Nykaa Fashion and others
- Own growth across D2C website
- Drive consistent month-on-month growth across channels
- Diagnose and improve conversion rates across platforms
- Optimize marketplace listings (SEO, images, pricing, assortment)
- Drive performance marketing (Meta, Google) with a strong focus on ROI
- Improve retention (email, WhatsApp, repeat purchase journeys)
- Identify quick wins to drive early traction (0 → initial scale)
Ideal Profile:
- 5–10 years experience in D2C / ecommerce growth
- Prior experience scaling a consumer brand (₹0 → ₹50L+/month preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketplaces + D2C funnels
- Hands-on and execution-focused (not just strategy)
- Experience in kids / fashion / gifting categories is a plus
