Role Snapshot

Work directly with the founding team to own and evolve the visual identity and design language for APS (Autonomous Pentesting Solution). You'll transform complex security workflows into visually stunning, intuitive interfaces that delight users and define how security professionals interact with AI-powered pentesting tools.

Lead the charge in shaping our brand's visual presence from the ground up. Your expertise will influence thousands of security teams globally, and your work will set the design foundation and quality standards for a cutting-edge cybersecurity product.

What You'll Tackle

Brand & Visual Design Leadership

Own and evolve our visual design system including color palettes, typography scales, iconography, illustration styles, motion design, and comprehensive brand guidelines.

Create high-impact marketing collateral, social media campaigns, presentation decks, infographics, website visuals, and promotional materials that communicate our brand story with precision and creativity.

Define and maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpointsproduct, marketing, documentation, sales materials, and external communications.

Product Interface Design

Design sophisticated, high-fidelity visual compositions for APS dashboards, vulnerability visualization workflows, automated reporting systems, and complex data interfaces.

Craft pixel-perfect UI elements, micro-interactions, animations, and motion design that enhance user experience and bring technical interfaces to life.

Create design solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality, making complex security data beautiful, accessible, and actionable.

Design System & Component Libraries

Build and maintain a comprehensive visual design system with scalable components, patterns, icon libraries, illustration sets, and graphic elements.

Document design standards, usage guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency as the product and team scale.

Create design tokens, style guides, and asset libraries that bridge design and development workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate strategic requirements into exceptional visual experiences.

Lead design handoffs with detailed specifications, asset preparation, and implementation guidance to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Participate actively in product strategy discussions, design critiques, sprint planning, and stakeholder presentations.

Strategic Design Thinking

Conduct visual design research to understand industry trends, competitor approaches, and emerging best practices in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity.

Validate design decisions through user feedback, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.

Iterate continuously to improve visual clarity, aesthetic appeal, user engagement, and brand perception.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Professional Experience & Portfolio

2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, UI design, brand design, or digital product design, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech products, or enterprise software.

Exceptional portfolio showcasing end-to-end visual design work with demonstrable impact. We want to see your creative process, visual thinking, and ability to solve complex design challenges.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality visual designs that balance business goals, user needs, and aesthetic excellence.

Design Expertise

Mastery of visual design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout systems, visual hierarchy, grid systems, composition, and aesthetic principles.

Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced skills (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping). Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Deep understanding of design systems, component architecture, and scalable design practices.

Technical & Domain Skills

Extensive experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, complex interfaces, or B2B SaaS products where clarity and visual sophistication are paramount.

Strong ability to create custom illustrations, icons, graphics, and visual assets that enhance brand identity.

Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility principles (WCAG), and design-to-development workflows.

Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, ProtoPie) is a significant plus.
