Enterprise working knowledge about the Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence. Including but not limited to platform installs and upgrades, workflows, issue type handling, custom fields with best practices in the industry.
Understand and implement requests from end-users for configurations inside Jira projects and/or Confluence.
Experience with Script Runner and scripting knowledge in Groovy,JavaScript for in-platform automation is a must.
Experience with migrations of Jira projects and/or Confluence sites.
Experience with JIRA/Confluence in Data Center.
Experience in Data center to Data center migrations.
Experience with plugins and integrations between Jira/Confluence and other tools.
Knowledge in Cloud understanding of the application (Jira/Confluence) infrastructure setup/components in AWS.
Ability to work in a team that follows the Agile SAFe Way of Working.
