Job Description

In this role, you will contribute to building systems that reduce error, accelerate financial workflows, and strengthen institutional judgment. The work sits at the intersection of compliance, communication, timing, and highstakes execution-where being fast is valuable, but being right is essential.

You will help create software that replaces manual handoffs, spreadsheets, followups, and human memory with deeply integrated AI and softwaredriven workflows. The goal is not to add automation on the surface but to rebuild the underlying execution layer that financial institutions rely on.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the development of core product features and ensure high-quality code standards.
Build and maintain the company's technical architecture for optimal performance and scalability.
Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, providing effective solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers to foster technical excellence within the team.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology to implement innovative solutions.
Ensure robust testing, documentation, and deployment processes are in place.
