An agentic video editor that can create, edit, and optimize ad creatives end-to-end

What This Actually Means

We want to go from:

prompt finished ad that performs

Not just generate clips.

But Decide

• what story to tell
• what visuals to use
• how to edit it
• what works (based on real performance data)
  
  

What You'll Do

• Build systems that orchestrate multiple AI models (video, image, audio)
• Work with cutting-edge models (Kling, Veo, etc.)
• Design async pipelines for generation + editing
• Build real product surfaces, not just infra
• Define what AI video creation UX even looks like
  
  

This is 0 1 product work, not maintenance

Who We're Looking For

• Can design and ship quickly without over-engineering
• Enjoys building delightful, high-performance user experiences
• Has experience (or strong interest) in AI, media, or creative tools
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Prefers solving problems end-to-end (idea shipped product)
