The Role: Founding Engineer
You are the person who makes real-world AI systems actually work.
The role is focused on the journey from model output to reliable execution across noisy, distributed environments. Real-world AI becomes real only when infra, deployment, and control loops hold under pressure.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Build systems that connect models -> decisions -> real-world execution
- Design and scale distributed systems under real constraints
- Own deployments across complex environments
- Work across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure & Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and production-grade systems
- Operate across the stack, shaping how our systems are built and run
What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)
- Strong experience building and scaling systems end-to-end
- Deep understanding of system design and performance
- Ability to move from idea → production → scale
- Comfort working in evolving, fast-moving environments
- Proficiency in coding in GoLang is must have
Bonus If
- You've worked on infrastructure interacting with physical systems
- You've handled production issues in high-stakes environments
