The Mission
Your job is to pull back the curtain on Panda's Box. You will be the bridge between our deep cultural roots and the raw, chaotic, beautiful reality of building a startup.
- Document the Hustle: Capture raw, BTS footage of product development—from the first sketch of a musical book to the moment it hits a child's hands.
- Narrate the Journey: Be the voice and face (or the eye behind the lens) that tells our story. We want authentic, unpolished, and high-impact content.
- Trend-Jacking with Soul: Spot trends before they peak and adapt them to our niche without losing our essence.
- Community Obsession: Engage with our parents and kids. Don't just reply to comments; start conversations.
Who You Are
- A Content Native: You understand the TikTok/Reel aesthetic instinctively. You know what hooks an audience in the first 1.5 seconds.
- Technically Scrappy: You can shoot, edit (CapCut, VN, or Premiere), and post—all from your phone if needed. You don't wait for a production crew; you are the crew.
- The Bindass Factor: You have high energy, a bold personality, and aren't afraid to experiment with weird ideas.
