We are expanding our Performance Marketing team and are looking for a results-driven Associate to drive scalable growth and optimize paid campaigns across global markets.
Role Overview
As an Associate at Alviras Solutions, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in performance marketing while gaining hands-on experience with real client accounts.
What you'll be doing
· Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant or emerging advertising channels.
· Support the day-to-day execution and monitoring of paid media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across client accounts.
· Work on campaign structure, budget pacing, and performance tracking across different ad platforms.
· Assist with product feed management, including updates, basic optimization, troubleshooting, and issue identification for shopping and catalog-based campaigns.
· Monitor account health, campaign performance, and tracking accuracy, and flag issues proactively.
· Support A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
· Assist with keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and platform-specific expansion opportunities.
· Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and findings.
· Stay updated on platform changes, paid media best practices, and emerging trends across the digital advertising ecosystem.
What you'll need
· 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar advertising platforms.
· Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals and performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate.
· Familiarity with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across multiple ad platforms.
· Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution basics.
· Experience with Google Merchant Center, product feeds, or catalog-based advertising is a strong plus.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately across multiple accounts and platforms.
· Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
· Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated in a fast-changing paid media environment.
