The Opportunity

Visdum is the world's leading SaaS platform for Sales Commission Management, trusted by industry leaders like Sirion, SpotAI, MegaweCare, FarEye, DarwinBox, etc to automate even the most complex commission structures.

To scale our US GTM motion, we're hiring true hunters - Account Executives who can own the entire sales motion end-to-end: from cold prospecting to closed-won.

This is a Founding Account Executive role where you own the entire funnel: from identifying target accounts and cold prospecting to closing six-figure deals. If you've built your own pipeline, hit aggressive quotas, and converted your own prospects into customers, this is your role.

This is not a role for someone waiting on inbound leads or SDR handoffs.

What We're NOT Looking For

AEs who depend primarily on inbound leads, MQLs, or SDR-generated opportunities

Closers who need a fully-built pipeline handed to them

Sales professionals lacking hands-on prospecting experience

Candidates without 5+ years of proven AE experience in US B2B Services & SaaS

What you'll ownEnd-to-End Sales Ownership
  • Own full-cycle sales: prospecting discovery demo negotiation close
  • Build your own pipeline through cold outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Convert self-sourced leads into closed revenue consistently
  • Handle inbound leads too, but inbound is a bonus, not the foundation

Prospecting & Pipeline Creation
  • Identify and target ICP accounts in the US SaaS mid-market & enterprise
  • Research accounts deeply (sales org size, comp complexity, tech stack)
  • Personalize outreach to CFOs, CIO's, RevOps, Sales Ops, CROs, and Finance leaders
  • Run discovery calls that uncover real commission pain (errors, delays, disputes, lack of trust)
Sales Execution
  • Conduct tailored demos of Visdum for US stakeholders
  • Translate complex commission structures into clear ROI narratives
  • Handle pricing discussions, objections, and negotiations independently
  • Drive deals to closure with urgency and discipline
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to:
  • Sharpen ICP and messaging
  • Improve demo effectiveness
  • Feed back real buyer objections and deal blockers
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
Who this role is for

This role is only for AEs who:

  • Have 4+ years of experience as a Senior Account Executive (not SDR-to-AE hybrids)
  • Have sold directly to US customers
  • Have personally sourced and closed deals end to end
  • Are comfortable being the first AE motion in a scaling startup
  • Thrive without heavy structure, playbooks, or inbound dependency

Bonus (not mandatory):

  • Experience selling SaaS platforms with workflow, finance, RevOps, or ops complexity
  • Technical background (B.Tech / Engineering) or strong product depth
