Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Founder's right hand across strategy, operations, and execution.
- Build high-quality presentations, reports, business cases, and internal documents.
- Drive projects end-to-end: planning execution follow-up closure.
- Coordinate across teams and ensure timely delivery of tasks and priorities.
- Manage daily workflows, communication, and stakeholder updates.
- Step in wherever needed no task is too big or small.
Requirements
- 13 years experience in operations, founder's office or biz ops.
- Excellent PowerPoint & presentation-building skills; strong storytelling ability.
- High business acumen ability to understand numbers, markets & decision drivers.
- Task-master mentality follow-ups, structure, speed, and accountability.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with AI tools, Excel/Sheets, and general tech tools.
- Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
