Duration: 36 months (ideally full-time; part-time considered for final-year students)

Role overview

You'll join the Founders Office as a generalist intern working directly with the founding team - doing whatever it takes to close deals, launch campaigns, and keep high-impact projects moving. This is a high-velocity role: one day you'll help prepare a pitch and demo for a potential client, the next you might help with an outbound campaign, then you'll coordinate engineering, data and customer teams to unblock delivery. Ideal if you like variety, learning fast, and owning outcomes.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

  • Pre-sales & GTM support

Prepare pitch decks, product demo flows, ROI/impact calculators and one-pagers tailored to prospects.

Support discovery calls, capture requirements, and translate them into scoped pilots.

Run competitive and market research to sharpen positioning and pricing.

  • Customer demos & onboarding

Help build short demo journeys (datainsightsaction) and run product walkthroughs for prospects.

Assist in pilot setup, success metric definition, and initial performance tracking.

  • Marketing & demand generation

Execute campaign tasks: content creation (blogs, social posts, one-pagers), email sequences, and landing page copy.

  • Project & program management

Track project timelines, manage stakeholder RACI, and run weekly sprints/status with cross-functional teams.

Maintain project docs, client trackers, and demo environments to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Data & insights

Pull basic analytics (Sheets / SQL / Python) to build dashboards and support customer conversations.

Run rapid analysis to answer commercial questions (e.g., expected uplift, personalization impact).

  • Ad-hoc founder support

Prioritize and execute high-impact tactical tasks (research asks, business model experiments, investor materials).

Who you are (requirements)

  • Final-year MBA - available for 3+ months; able to commit full-time for internships.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication - can build crisp slides and tell a story with data.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel (including formulas, pivot tables).
  • Basic data literacy: ability to read dashboards and run simple SQL queries or Python snippets is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills - you can break ambiguous problems into executable tasks and follow through.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching contexts quickly.
  • Professional, client-facing demeanor; ability to represent the founding team in conversations.

Nice-to-have

  • Prior internship or startup experience (pre-sales, growth, product ops, consulting).
  • Interest or basic knowledge in marketing personalization, ML/AI, or decision intelligence.
  • Presentation design skills (PowerPoint / Figma / Canva).
