Role Overview
● Act as an extension of founders - pick up whatever is high priority for the company and own it
● First Priority Project - Own P&L and growth metrics for a business unit
● Manage multiple teams incl Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen, Support and deliver quarterly outcomes
● Identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them effectively both independently and in collaboration with different teams.

● Director Founder's Team: 4 promotions in 5.5 years, leading demand generation and profitability for the US business.
●Associate Director Founder's Team: 3 promotions in 3 years, leading US Customer Success and partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Profile
● At least 5 years of experience, with at least 1+ year exposure to B2B sales.
● Ex-Founder is a HUGE plus
● Problem-solving ninja with the ability to adapt and thrive when faced with new challenges.
● Highly analytical and comfortable with data analytics. Not afraid to jump into Excel and AI workflows.
● Setting high-performance standards and moving people to achieve them.
