Libra AI is building an Agentic WorkOS, a unified semantic layer across enterprise tools that enables AI agents to retrieve, reason, and execute work across the organization.
Instead of dashboards and fragmented SaaS tools, we are building a system where intelligent agents operate across your stack with context, traceability, and control.
We have raised a $1M pre-seed round and are building a small, high-intensity founding team.
The Role
- This is not an executive assistant role.
- This is a force multiplier role.
- As part of the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the CEO across strategy, product, fundraising, operations, and hiring.
- Your job is simple.
- Increase the CEO's leverage.
What You Will Do
- Drive high-priority cross-functional projects
- Break down ambiguous problems into structured plans
- Prepare investor updates, board materials, and fundraising assets
- Support GTM experiments and strategic partnerships
- Assist with hiring, org design, and culture building
- Build internal systems and operating cadences
- Conduct research across markets, competitors, and the AI landscape
- Own special projects end to end
Some weeks you may work on product strategy.
Other weeks on capital allocation or hiring.
Expect context switching. Expect intensity.
