This is not a routine role. This is a high-exposure, high-accountability position working directly with the Founder & CEO.
Role OverviewThe Founder's Office Associate will work closely with the Founder on strategy, execution, operations, analytics, partnerships, and special projects.
You will not assist.
You will build, execute, fix, optimize, and scale.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a fast-growing startup is built from the inside.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Business Execution- Work directly on revenue growth initiatives
- Assist in monthly/quarterly planning and performance tracking
- Build execution roadmaps for new initiatives
- Analyze competition and market opportunities
2. Data & Analytics- Track KPIs (Leads, CPL, Conversion %, AOV, CM1, Burn)
- Build weekly performance dashboards
- Identify leakages in funnel and propose fixes
- Support pricing and margin improvement projects
3. Operations & Process Building- Build SOPs across sales, ops, and vendor management
- Improve coordination between teams
- Identify bottlenecks and solve execution gaps
- Ensure alignment between brand promise and ground delivery
4. Special Projects- Launch new verticals or pilot initiatives
- Work on investor decks and fundraising support
- Help in partnership negotiations
- Work on tech or automation implementation
