Role Overview

As a Founder's Office Intern, you will be the right hand to the founding team, assisting with high-priority projects across strategy, operations, and growth. This is a do-it-all role designed for a high-potential individual who wants to see how a startup is built from the inside. You will help bring structure to fast-moving business needs and ensure that mission-critical tasks are executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist the founders in executing mission-critical operational projects and tracking their progress.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct market and competitive research to help the team make data-driven decisions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Help build dashboards, internal reports, and meeting minutes to maintain alignment across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between Growth, Sales, Operations, and HR to ensure tasks are moving forward.
  • Process Improvement: Help identify bottlenecks in daily workflows and suggest simple, effective ways to streamline them.
  • Communication Materials: Assist in preparing internal decks, founder updates, and basic communication materials.
  • Special Assignments: Support experiments or new feature launches through data entry, user testing, or GTM coordination.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Background: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to handle data and think logically.
  • Communication: Clear, structured, and crisp verbal and written communication.
  • Mindset: A high-ownership get things done attitude and comfort with a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Notion.
  • Bonus: Experience with basic automation tools or no-code workflows.
