Role Description

Emilio Beaufort is seeking a Founder's Office Intern with a focus on B2B operations. This internship involves assisting the founder in activities such as market research, business development, strategy planning, communications, and operational tasks. Responsibilities include identifying and researching potential business prospects, crafting actionable strategies, and managing partnerships with B2B stakeholders. This is a hybrid internship based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work remotely on designated days.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities
• Experience or knowledge in business development, including engagement with B2B clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations, documentation, and business communications
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including strategy creation and product positioning
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects under demanding deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Interest in or experience in the beauty or luxury goods industry is advantageous
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
