Strategy Ops & GTM Founder's Office

Are you a developer who loves writing and we don't just mean code Want to learn how to sell and understand what actually sells

This is a 0 1 role at the heart of Refold.ai. As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founding team on go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and scaling our customer acquisition engine. It's part strategy, part operations, part hustle, perfect for someone just starting out but eager for maximum learning and ownership.

Past experience in GTM, sales ops, or business development is a good to have. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and figure things out in real-time.

We're looking for a high-agency operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute GTM initiatives end-to-end Create compelling content for social media and thought leadership that builds Refold's brand and generates inbound interest.
  • Plan and execute events webinars, meetups, and conferences to drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Build sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards that help close deals faster.
  • Serve as the connective thread across teams, bridging sales, marketing, product, and customer success to move deals forward.
  • Spot and scope market opportunities where Refold can win new verticals, partnerships, or expansion plays.
  • Drive growth by ensuring successful customer onboarding and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Look after Ops of the entire organisation and build AI workflows across the organisation

Must-Haves

  • Relentless focus on customer needs, with a drive to create standout experiences.
  • Skilled at managing projects from start to finish, even when they're ambiguous and cross-functional.
  • Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working with prospects, customers, and internal teams alike.
  • Strong analytical approach with a knack for process design and optimization.
  • Brings a high sense of ownership, curiosity, and a strong bias toward action.

Good to Have

  • Educational background from Tier-1/2 institutions, with strong academic and analytical foundations.
  • Experience in college clubs, fests, or entrepreneurial ventures that demonstrate hustle and initiative. Loves using Canva, Photoshop and other tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of tech and vibe coding if you can build quick prototypes or automate workflows, that's a big plus..
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, especially in enterprise or mid-market contexts.
  • Proven ability to excel in dynamic, high-growth settings such as startups.

This is a semester-long internship. Final year of college We're happy to extend PPOs for the right candidates.

  • You're part of your college's photography or filmmaking society. If you've spent weekends shooting events, editing reels at 2am, and arguing about color gradingyou already know how to create under pressure and make things look good. That muscle memory translates.
