Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Founder's Office Intern who will work directly with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to multiple aspects of building and scaling a company.

This role provides a unique opportunity to understand startup strategy, operations, and growth, while contributing to real business initiatives across departments.

The intern will support project management, operational strategy, data analysis, and strategic planning, while also exploring modern areas like AI automation and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Founder's Office Support
  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking key business initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for internal review.
  • Support the founder in research and strategic initiatives.
2. Operations & Process Improvement
  • Participate in day-to-day operational activities to understand business workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in designing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Help streamline business processes across teams
3. Data Analysis & Business Insights
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze business performance data to generate insights.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management decisions.
4. Strategic Planning & Business Modeling
  • Support the development of business strategies and growth plans.
  • Assist in business modeling and market opportunity analysis.
  • Participate in SWOT analysis and strategic planning exercises.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic initiatives.
5. Marketing & Sales Support
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support lead generation, campaign planning, and market positioning.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments.
6. AI Automation & Workflow Optimization
  • Explore and assist in implementing AI-powered automation tools.
  • Support workflow automation initiatives across business functions.
  • Help identify opportunities for AI-driven operational improvements.
7. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and internal records.
  • Support coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation building capabilities
  • Proficiency in AI Platforms like N8N, Make.com, etc is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about startups, strategy, and AI tools.
