About the Role
We are an early-stage AI startup looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founding team on strategic and operational initiatives. You'll get hands-on experience across multiple functions Product, Growth, Hiring, and Operations while learning what it takes to build and scale a company from the ground up.
This is an opportunity for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a desire to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with founders to drive strategic and operational projects
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and prepare actionable insights
- Support go-to-market, business development, and hiring efforts
- Help streamline internal processes and operational workflows
- Prepare crisp, executive-ready presentations and reports
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate (any discipline)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset self-starter, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership
- Bonus: Prior exposure to startups, business development, or AI
