Based in Bengaluru, we are redefining manufacturing by integrating intelligent, vision-driven robotic arms and AI-powered scheduling software into production environments. Our modular, AI-first platform enables 24/7 continuous operation and a 95% increase in machine utilization. Join talent-dense robotics team consisting of individuals from IITs and Ivy Leagues.
About the Role
The Founder's Office Intern is a high-impact, 2-month program (June – July) designed for high-agency individuals who want to experience the zero-to-one phase of a deep-tech startup. You will work directly with the Founder as a force-multiplier, tackling everything from strategic research to operational bottlenecks. This is not a coffee-run internship; you will own critical projects that directly impact our scaling trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Research: Conduct deep dive research into the CNC industry and global manufacturing trends to support strategic decision making.
- Investor Relations Support: Help maintain the data room and prepare materials for upcoming investor updates and outreach.
- Project Tracking: Act as the connective tissue across Tech, HR, and Ops by keeping project trackers updated and identifying potential delays early.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Founder in managing weekly priorities, preparing briefing notes, and ensuring post-meeting action items are executed.
- Ad-hoc Special Projects: Support the hiring process, help organize team events, or lead any special project that arises during our rapid growth phase.
Required Qualification and Skills
- Structured Thinking*: A first principles thinker who can take a vague task and create a step-by-step plan.
- Fast Learner*: Ability to quickly understand new domains, tools, and workflows, and translate learning into execution without extensive hand-holding. We value candidates who can learn fast, implement fast, and adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Reliability*: A high-ownership mindset you close loops and follow through on every task without being reminded.
- Mindset over Credentials: We are open to candidates in their pre-final year or above, as long as they can demonstrate exceptional talent, high ownership, and a strong drive to build.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear updates.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.)
Preferred Experiences
- Pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Previous leadership experience in organizations or prior internships at startups.
- A strong interest in specializing in Strategy, Operations, or Venture Capital in the future.
- Familiarity with the robotics, hardware, or R&D landscape.
