Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst / Consultant with a strong foundation in business analysis, solution design, and delivery execution. This role requires a highly agile, flexible, and self-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions, drive structured execution, and ensure effective project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across engagements. Limited involvement in pre-sales will be expected as part of broader consulting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Solution Design (Primary Focus)
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across projects
- Define and document:
- Business processes
- User journeys
- Functional & non-functional requirements
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis
- Collaborate with UX, architecture, and engineering teams to design scalable, user-centric solutions
- Translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements
- Define and manage product backlog, ensuring prioritization and clarity
- Support development teams during implementation and validation phases
2. Project Tracking, Governance & Reporting
- Own and drive project tracking, governance, and reporting mechanisms
- Define KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics
- Create structured status reports and executive dashboards
- Ensure visibility and predictability across delivery
- Work closely with delivery teams to maintain execution discipline
3. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather and refine requirements
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and validation sessions
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery outcomes
- Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams
4. Agile Execution & Startup Mindset
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate proactiveness, ownership, and adaptability
- Handle multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Apply Agile / Scrum practices for iterative delivery
