Since its inception in January 2020 by Jitendra Dhaka, BankSathi has been dedicated to empowering individuals to become financial advisors, including retired bankers and financial professionals. With a network of over 20 lakh advisors across 98% of India's pincodes, BankSathi has served more than 20M customers, helping to meet their financial needs and bridging gaps in the market.

This role is for BankSathi's consumer fintech brand ScoreUp, ScoreUp is India's personal credit score improvement app — trusted by 1,00,000+ users. We help Indians understand, fix, and grow their CIBIL score to 750+ through deep credit report analysis, dispute support, and personalised expert-built action plans.

Role Description

ScoreUp is growing fast. We have product-market fit, a proven credit improvement system, and 1,00,000+ users who love what we do. What we need now is a performance marketer who can run our paid acquisition engine at full throttle — and simultaneously lead the AI video team that powers every creative we run.

  • This is not a strategy role. This is not a management-only role. You will personally own the Meta, Google, and YouTube ad accounts. You will brief the Creative Strategist . You will read the data and

make kill/scale calls without hesitation.

  • You will report directly to the founder — not with a slide deck,

but with numbers and a decision.

  • If you have spent 3–5 years in performance marketing and you're hungry to step up — to own a budget, lead a team, and be directly responsible for a company's growth — this is the role that gives you that.
  • Own Paid Acquisition (End to End) - Personally manage ScoreUp's ad accounts across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube. Set targeting, bids, audiences, and budgets. Optimise and Scale what's working. Cut what isn't. This is hands-on execution, not oversight of someone else's work.
  • Lead & Develop the AI Video Team - Directly manage the Script Writer, AI Video Creator, and Creative Strategist. Set weekly output targets, review all creative before it goes live, give sharp performance-based feedback, and build a team culture where speed and quality are both non-negotiable.
  • Manage & Optimise the Ad Budget - Allocate the monthly ad spend across channels and campaigns. Forecast CAC and LTV by cohort. Shift budget toward winners fast. Report spend efficiency weekly to the founder with clear recommendations, not just numbers.
  • Build Systems That Scale - Create the SOPs, naming conventions, creative briefs, and performance dashboards that let the team operate at high volume without chaos. As ScoreUp grows, your systems grow with it — so quality and speed don't trade off against each other.
  • Scale the Team as ScoreUp Grows - Help define and hire the next layer — Performance Analyst, Conversion Optimiser, additional Video Creators. You know what good talent looks like in performance marketing and you help bring it in as the business demands it.

Qualifications

  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • 3–5 years hands-on performance marketing — you've personally run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, not managed someone who did. Real execution experience is non-negotiable.
  • Strong, direct communicator — gives clear briefs, sharp feedback, and honest weekly updates. Can write a performance report and a creative brief with equal clarity.
  • High ownership, low ego — treats the business's CAC as their personal problem. Doesn't wait to be told what to do. Doesn't make excuses when numbers miss. Adjusts and moves.
  • Knowledge of business growth strategies and ability to plan and execute growth experiments
  • Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analysis platforms, and performance tracking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Prior experience in fintech or a start-up environment is a plus

Bonus if you have -

  • FinTech, personal finance, or credit industry background — understands CIBIL, loan rejections, credit anxiety.
  • Has hired or onboarded creative or marketing roles before — knows what good talent looks like.
