Brew is building a nextgen content distribution platform for filmmakers. Our best-in-class platform empowers filmmakers, studios, and producers to monetize their work directly while reaching engaged global audiences.
We're looking for a proactive, high-ownership Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the founding team across business development, growth, operations, and cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone in the early stage of their career who thrives in dynamic startup environments, communicates clearly, and enjoys turning ambiguity into action.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor moves, and whitespace.
- Support and execute sales and partnership initiatives; manage pipelines, outreach, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Execute growth and marketing initiatives across online and offline channels; track performance and iterate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Product, Ops) to optimize business processes and improve execution.
- Coordinate with clients and partners to support project execution and ensure timely deliverables.
- Work on founder-led, high-priority projects and contribute to strategic planning and execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for business growth, marketing, and partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
- 04 years of work experience (startups, consulting, operations, growth, or similar roles preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and own tasks end-to-end with a bias for action and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience working with startups or early-stage companies is an added advantage.
- A collaborative attitude and strong execution mindset.
