Role: Founder's Office Internship

About Us:
Brew is building a nextgen content distribution platform for filmmakers. Our best-in-class platform empowers filmmakers, studios, and producers to monetize their work directly while reaching engaged global audiences.
We're looking for a proactive, high-ownership Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the founding team across business development, growth, operations, and cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic startup environments, communicates clearly, and enjoys turning ambiguity into action.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor moves, and whitespace.
- Support in creating and executing sales strategies to expand our client base; assist with pipelines, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Execute growth and marketing campaigns across online and offline channels; track performance and iterate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Product, Ops) to optimize business processes and unlock efficiencies.
- Coordinate with clients and partners to support project execution and ensure timely deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for business growth, marketing, and partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
- 3rd or final year undergraduate students preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and own end-to-end tasks with a bias for action and detail.
- Prior experience working with startups is an added advantage.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to get things done in a fast-paced environment.

- This is an in-office internship for 6 months. Please do not apply if you're not available full-time during this duration.
- PPO will be awarded to high performers at the end of the internship.
