This is a full-time remote role for the Founder Office Marketing and BD position. The individual will be responsible for assisting the founders in driving marketing strategies, business development processes, and investor outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting go-to-market plans, managing community engagement initiatives, supporting scalable marketing operations, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with GTM Labs strategic objectives.

• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Community Engagement
• Experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Partnership Management
• Strong Analytics, Market Research, and Data-Driven Decision-Making skills
• Excellent Communication, Project Management, and Organizational skills
• Understanding of Web3, AI, and emerging technology ecosystems is a plus
• Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment
• Experience with startup operations or collaborating in fast-paced, growing teams
