This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder's Office Associate based in Gurugram (HR-IND), with flexibility for remote work.

The Founder's Office Associate will assist the founder CEO on high-priority projects across product, growth, and operations. The incumbent will also drive research, analysis, and execution, gaining broad exposure to how a high-growth startup is built. Responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing data, creating reports, assisting with stakeholder communications, and providing administrative support when needed. This role demands a proactive approach, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Strong Research, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills.
  • Project Management, Stakeholder Communication, and Strategic Planning abilities.
  • Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in a high growth startup and/or management consulting is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or a related quantitative discipline is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent post graduate experience is a plus
