Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founder's Office Associate cum HR role located in Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi. The Founder's Office Associate will be responsible for supporting the founder in various business activities, including project management, team communication & management, hiring, day to day office operations and admin activities.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills
• Experience in recruitment, admin or client communication is a plus.
• Excellent Communication and Correspondence drafting skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage action items.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
