Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Founder role based in Gwalior. The Founder will be responsible for establishing and overseeing strategic and operational activities to ensure the growth and success of Fire Spark Safety Protection Pvt. Ltd. Key responsibilities include business development, forming company vision and strategies, managing budgets and resources, overseeing production and operations, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and leading the team effectively to meet organizational goals.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and lead a diverse workforce
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations, industry standards, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements
- Relevant experience in the fire safety or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is recommended
