Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will lead and implement strategies to drive business growth, identify and secure new opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and lead contract negotiations. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, analyzing market trends, and developing plans to expand the company's service offerings in alignment with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities
• Exceptional analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Experience in the translation and language services industry is preferred
• Competence in using CRM tools, market research methodologies, and productivity software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and achieve business targets effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are advantageous
