Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective sales management. The specialist will be tasked with executing sales strategies, addressing client inquiries, and achieving sales targets while working closely with internal teams to align with the company's goals.

Qualifications
  • Excellent skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to provide Training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical thinking to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in textiles or export industries is a plus
