Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Co-Founder will collaborate on shaping the vision and strategy of Flow Talks, contribute to business development and decision-making, and help evolve the platform to scale effectively. Key responsibilities include building partnerships, marketing the platform, designing user engagement strategies, and providing insights to drive growth and improve user experience.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to represent Flow Talks and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in sales and marketing to craft effective campaigns, attract users, and drive platform growth.
- Passion for creating innovative solutions and enthusiasm for enhancing communication among students.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking initiative in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Prior experience or familiarity with startups and the education technology industry is a plus.
