We are looking for a Food Technologist with hands-on experience in:
Freeze Dehydration | Aseptic Fruit Pulp | Heat Dehydration
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize product formulations
- Set up and optimize processes for:
- • Freeze Dehydration
- • Aseptic pulp processing
- • Heat dehydration
- Control processing parameters (temperature, pressure, moisture, Brix, etc.)
- Ensure taste, texture, shelf-life, and consistency
- Maintain FSSAI compliance and hygiene standards
- Scale production from trial to commercial level
- Improve yield, efficiency, and cost control
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Technology / Food Science
- Hands-on experience in food manufacturing (dehydration/pulp preferred)
- Strong understanding of ingredients, additives, and shelf-life
- Ability to set up and run production processes independently
- Immediately available candidates preferred
- Willing to work on-site at Jaipur, Rajasthan
