Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Steward. The F&B Steward will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth food and beverage service, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The role also involves assisting in guest seating, taking and delivering orders, and supporting team members with training and guidance as required.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, with expertise in food service procedures and an understanding of hygiene standards
- Ability to participate in training sessions and work collaboratively with team members to uphold the restaurant's standards
- Attention to detail, organization, and a proactive attitude are essential
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in spoken and written Hindi and English
- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences and a positive team spirit
